## How it works

1. Submit your application: Tell us what you run, where you are stuck, and which destination you have in mind.
2. A short call: If the fit is right we schedule a call to align expectations and goals.
3. A decision within 48 to 72 hours: You get a clear answer. If accepted, your onboarding pack follows.
